Sherbert’s debute photo shoot has been long in the making. Between scheduling, the summer heat and various health issues, Sherbert’s doggie portrait session happened last weekend in Boulder, Colorado.
Sherbert is the star of Urbanbulldog.com – a photo blog devoted to bulldogs. Any dog named Sherbet has to be a character. During the session, she styled 3 different dog collars and one was even handmade by her mom. Since Sherbert does not like to walk, she was pulled around Pearl Street in her red radio flyer wagon. Seriously too much! Plus, I think she gave me the stink eye about 10 times during the shoot.
Now I want a bulldog! Expressive faces, don’t move around too much, and like to play dressup…this is the perfect mixture for any photographer.
I hope Sherbert will be up for another Boulder, Colorado doggie portrait shoot soon. This was one of my favorite session of 2010. If you know any Bulldog owner’s looking for a photographer, send them my way! I would love do to more bulldog portrait sessions. Slobber away…
